And while juicing is a great way to supply your body with the necessary nutrition required for vibrant living, it can be confusing when you don't know where to start. If you are not normally a fruits and vegetable person, it can get difficult knowing what ingredients to use when you don't know whether you would enjoy the taste.

The best recipes for a beginner will always be the simplest using the most common household ingredients. Find recipes that use vegetables and fruits you enjoy eating most.

The fruits and vegetables that you actually like to eat, however few and far in between they may be, makes juicing that much easier to begin. You use those ingredients as your base and expand upon it. Soon you will be looking forward to trying what you now are considering weird produce.
