As a woman you were probably raised like me... to eat a solid 3 meals a day. And then as your grew older, you actually cut that down to 2 as a lot of women do. However, eating like that can actually cause you to get fatter, not a more solid body like 6 meals a day will do for you.

At first it is very different, but once you get used to it, you will begin to see and more importantly feel the results. 2. HELLO to ENERGY: You will feel like the energizer bunny. Without having the up and down sugar levels your body will have extra energy and that annoying starvation feeling will be a memory!
3. Proper Sugar Levels: You have no doubt probably experienced the feeling of light headedness or fatigue because you haven't eaten. That feeling is a result of your body not having enough sugar to process for energy. Insulin is the bodies hormone to help regulate sugar and not eating throws that out of wack.
