Living on your own at dorms leads you to make important decisions about your eating habits for yourself. It is up to you to make the right choices that will not lead you to put on weight and that are good for your body.

4. Control your stress: Stress is a fact of university life, but it can lead you to all sorts of bad things, including strange body issues and weight loss problems. Whether you get stress out by walking, by reading a good book or simply getting on the phone with friends from home, control your stress if you want to control your body.

5. Try Cross-training: Doing any exercise over and over again will lead to it losing its effectiveness. Give some thought to the various exercise options available to you to make sure you find what works best for you.
