Well, if you want to drop a couple of pounds the next 2 months then following the program will allow you to do so and still have a burger, a pizza or even ice cream!

It's by no means possible to cheat every day, but with this diet you can eat your favorite foods every now and then. It's possible to eat good and tasty food for most people, if you follow his detailed program.

The only real way to lose fat is to put your body at what is called a calorie deficit. Every day or at least during the period that you want to lose weight, you must eat less than you burn each day. There are 2 ways to do this, diet and exercise. After that you'll get to experience a higher metabolism which also leads to increased fat burn.
