At first, I was hesitant on buying my next weight loss preparation. But hey, my weight loss deserves another chance. I am mighty thankful that I did.

I first met STF and was impressed. I thought that it is a sensible weight loss solution. Some of the things that made me love STF are, other than its sensibility rather than being a glorified weight loss product.

Top on the list is its very reasonable. Two pounds is a very practical goal for anyone trying to lose some pounds. There was one time when I was forced to lose about 5 pounds a week. Losing less than 5 pounds would make me feel frustrated.

Another STF special is that, it makes dieting more manageable. There food array is wide. Many food choices are available. In a day, you get to eat five fantastic special meals. By special it means, being able to keep you diet more motivating and you would not feel jaded. I never did.

A part of the diet generator also helped to make days trouble-free. There is a grocery list feature that makes an inventory of what you would need for two weeks worth of food in your diet. This also helps in making sure that you get the right amount of calories only.

This made me feel more relaxed that I would be able to complete my required meals without worrying about missing ingredients. This is a plus point especially for a tight schedule and a more active lifestyle.

One last feature that convinces me on this great buy is the e-book. I do not read much, so the span of the book is just right. There are about 95 or so pages only. The e-book is clear cut, practical and consistent. The words are simple and tell things about proper diet as well as exercise.
