Use bok choy, red peppers, green onion and mushrooms as veggies.

What you will need is 2 cups of fresh green beans, cup celery, cup onion, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, tsp dill seed, tsp cayenne pepper and a dash of black pepper for taste.
