10 Dieting Tips That Will Help You Lose More Weight

1)Never ever skip a meal. You have to eat 3 meals each day if you want to lose weight. Avoid making the mistake of starving yourself during the day and binging during the night. Eat 4-5 times per day smaller portions and you will lose weight faster.

2)If you eat form a buffet line frequently avoid trying out a little from all the foods found there. Pick 3-4 foods that you will eat and stick to them. Also make sure that just one is full of calories. The rest should be as low-cal as possible.

3)A simple dieting trick you can use is to put a sign on the kitchen door or fridge door saying "Closed after 8pm" That way you will eat less food at night.

4)You have to respect the serving size found on the nutritional panel of the foods that you buy. If you exceed the quantities don't act all surprised when you gain weight.

5)You should exercise on a weekly basis is you want to ever lose weight. Dieting can help you lose a couple of pounds but for long lasting weight loss results you have to merge exercising with dieting.

6)Snaking a lot on nuts will make you fat in time. Nuts and dried fruits contain a lot of calories and fats. It is true that they are healthy and recommended, but not all the time.

7)If you skip breakfast you will feel tires soon and hunger will hit you pretty hard by lunch time making you binge on unhealthy junk food. So whatever you do never ever skip eating a healthy breakfast.

8)You don't have to stop eating sweets altogether. You should rationalize your sweets. You can have something sweet daily when you feel the crave becomes unbearable. That way you will avoid binging and eating a mountain of sweets.

9)Instead of lots of sweets you can eat lots of fruits. They are much more healthy and will keep your sweet tooth at bay.

10)You should try drinking cold raspberry tea that has no sugar in it or any other sweeteners. It will keep your mouth busy and it also has a pleasant taste. - 17268
