Having a little more than 15 years of experience within the field of fitness, training myself and teaching others right from wrong I am sure I have the knowledge of what actually works and what dont.

I want to make sure you understand what I am acknowledging. Here is what actually works for people that dont have a lot of time to workout. I expect that the readers reading this do not have at most 90 minutes a day to workout. These days no one has enough time to get their workouts in their schedule. That is another reason why there is a disconnection between the information in magazines. The reader who read those magazines cant use the info they find in fitness magazines because of the shortness of time they have.

There is just not enough time to workout 6-8 hours a week. Or the fact that we actually need it. Unless you are a tri athlete you might need it but not if you're someone that just wants to lose fat and build the muscle your looking for.

The point to getting a better looking body is to do bodyweight exercises as your warm up then you are ready to start strength training supersets to build muscle and then wrap it up with interval training to burn fat in a fast amount of time.

Turbulence Training is a system that was structured so that you are done with your workout in 45 minutes, just three times a week. You'll do 5 minutes of body weight exercises to get your warm up going. This is a more effective approach then spending time walking on the treadmill, which really do not get you ready for anything besides walking more on the treadmill.

You will then move to the strength training supersets. Using two exercises done back to back with very little rest between each one. This will cut your workout time while gaining maximum results. All that is needed is 20 minutes for this. We will do basic exercises and depending on the clients goal for building muscle sometimes more bodyweight exercises.

Do you think you can eat grapefruit or eggs every day for every meal the rest of your life? Me either. Some fad diets will help you lose weight very quickly, but diets that focus on only one, or just a few food groups won't give you proper nutrition and at some point you have to start eating normal foods again. More often than not the results from these fad diets disappear when you get back to normal.

Will make you work out more often. It's no secret, if you want to lose weight you need to exercise more often than you did before, no matter what you eat. Sure, eating right is a very important part of weight loss and dieting, but its equally important to get regular exercise every day or at least a few times a week. By exercising more often your muscles burn calories, and continue to burn them even when you aren't exercising. Any diet that doesn't encourage exercise is not doing you any favors. Your body needs exercise to prevent heart disease, to burn calories and to prevent the effects of aging as we all get older.

Is sustainable after the "diet" is done. So you did great, and you lost a ton of weight and never looked better in your swim suit. Now that you are "off" the diet, will you be able to keep it up for the rest of your life? This is our number one complaint about the Atkins diet. Yeah Atkins works great, but can you go without eating chocolate ice cream the rest of your life? I know I couldn't! Focus on diets that practice moderation and a variety of meal plans, to allow yourself flexibility and more important sustainability.
