What You Should Know About Antioxidants and Acai Berry Retailers

By Joyner Goodman

When you look at the growing popularity of the acai berry, it is clear to see why a large number of health specialists, medical practitioners and ordinary healthy conscious people have taken are now endorsing the berry as a part of a healthy diet. Before we talk about why this amazing new super-food has taken front and center, let's talk about what it actually is.

The berry is described as a grape-sized berry that is dark purplish in color. Moreover, acai mainly grows in the Amazon rainforest of Brazil where is it planted and harvested for worldwide distribution. Many have described the berry as being very nutritious containing high levels of antioxidants, omega fats, and concentrated levels of trace minerals.

So what is acai and how can we describe it? The fruit contains the highest levels of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and naturally grows in the moist area of the Amazon Rainforest where it has been harvested by natives for over 100 years. The berry looks much like a typical grape in that it is dark purple in color.

The acai fruit has become so popular that even celebrities have endorsed its merits by inviting experts on their programs to talk about the Amazon berry and the impact it is having amongst healthy shopping consumers.

Aside from being extremely interesting, it is one of the healthiest fruits in the world and is categorized as a super-food alongside many others. Studies show that this fruit is so rich in vitamins and minerals that it may even help people suffering with chronic health problems and diseases.

Some of the more commonly reported results from taking acai regularly include the following:

* An increase in stamina throughout the day

* A boost of energy

* A deeper sense of relaxation

* Healthier looking skin cells, hair and stronger nails

* Healthier looks skin, hair and nails

* Deeper levels of sleep

* A better sense of well-being.

This list is not all-inclusive but rather reflects the actual experiences that many are reporting from using acai. Others are reporting similar health experiences while taking acai as an antioxidant supplement.

It is obvious that a diet rich in antioxidants helps to promote a healthy life. Eating certain types of fruits and vegetables is key factor in getting the right level of antioxidants in your system. In either case, you should seek to maintain a state of health that consists of getting the essential amino acids, vitamins and mineral either as a supplement or through natural foods.

Even though many people take dietary supplements as a means of not having to follow a strict diet, studies have shown that supplements alone will not have the same effect as natural foods unless they are combined with a dietary intake of food containing natural antioxidants. This is the best combination and has been proven to produce the greatest results.

Eat foods that are plentiful in nutrients. When shopping for groceries, look for fruits and vegetables such as tomatoes, beets, carrots, green tea, garlic, spinach, black berries and grapes. When you combine that with a supplement containing the recommended allowances of vitamins C and E, you are well on the way to living and staying healthy. - 17268

Easy Ways To Lose Weight Fast With Fat Burning Foods

By Chloe Bishop

Are "fat burning foods" for real or is just another myth?

In order to process the foods that we eat, our bodies require energy. This energy is called the thermic effect of food. Some foods have higher thermic effect - i.e., they require more energy to be digested and metabolized. If the thermic effect exceeds the energy acquired from consuming that food, then you have a fat-burning food there.

So yes there are such wonderful things as fat burning foods! Hooray!

Here Ill discuss the top 5 fat burning foods and show you tips and tricks on easy ways to lose weight fast with them.

Top 5 Fat Burning Foods:

1. Organic Vegetables

Low in calories, high in water content, but packed full of fiber and vital nutrients, vegetables are the ultimate fat burning foods. The high water and fiber content make you feel fuller for longer, help to burn fat, and help in the digestion and elimination processes.

Easy Ways to Lose Weight with Vegetables:

Try to have a colorful plate in every meal. Don't just eat your "greens" - have your reds, oranges, yellows, purples and whites, too!

Munch on raw carrot, cucumber and celery sticks and bite into some tomatoes as a healthy snack.

During every mealtime, always choose vegetables over simple carbohydrates like white pasta or white noodles.

2. Fresh Fruits

Fruit is the Ultimate Fast Food! Fruits are so good you can practically have as much as you want without counting calories. Citrus fruits are especially good for assisting fat metabolism due to the flavones and high Vitamin C content.

You'll benefit the most if you eat fruits in their raw, unprocessed and uncooked state because the nutrients and enzymes will be intact.

Fat Burning Tips:

Ensure theres at last one serving of fruit in your packed lunch every day.

Fruits are great to have as energy-boosting snacks because of their natural sugars and high water content.

Have a fresh smoothie of your favorite fruits as a mid day pick-me-up or as breakfast. Yep, ditch the coffee, sodas, pancakes or fry ups.

3. Nuts and Seeds

Nuts and seeds are rich in good fats, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, protein and fiber. They help burn fat because they aid in maintaining a good level of fat burning hormones.

A report by The Journal of Nutrition stated that eating nuts regularly help decrease body fat levels. The high content of calcium and protein in Nuts and seeds also regulate blood sugar levels. The fiber keep you full for longer and curb the appetite.

Fat Burning Tips:

Substitute your butter by using organic cashew butter or almond butter. Try them - they're actually nice!

Add a small handful of nuts or seeds to your salads and snacks. Go for the unsalted ones!

4. Green Tea

Green tea truly lives up to its reputation as a health drink. It helps in fat burning because it contains caffeine, polyphenols and catechins which boost your metabolism.

Ways to Lose Weight Fast with Green Tea:

Replace sodas, coffee, black tea, juice (from concentrate) and energy drinks with Green tea.

Try Iced green tea and keep some in the fridge for easy access. Sweeten with a natural sweetener and add a lemon or lime slice.

5. Lean Meats and Seafood

Protein have a higher thermic effect so they help you burn more calories. But not all protein sources are created equal. The trick here is to have low fat protein sources like:

Lean, skinless meat

Fish - Those rich in Omega-3 fatty acids are ideal, like salmon, herring and mackerel

Egg whites

I personally prefer fish over lean meats because they have less total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol than meat and poultry, plus many of them are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Some studies have shown that Omega 3s may help lower blood fats (triglycerides) and thus help reduce risk of cardiac death.

Fat burning Tips:

Prepare these foods using low fat cooking methods (grill, steam or bake them instead of frying).

Avoid having your meats or seafood with fatty condiments, dips and sauces as this defeats the whole purpose of eating lean meat.

Conclusion

Some foods make you fat, some foods BURN fat. If you're trying to lose fat healthily, it makes sense to eat more fat burning foods.

The 5 fat burning foods listed here are fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish, nuts and seeds, and green tea.

Most people are looking for easy ways to lose weight fast, but eating more and more fat burning foods prepared in the right way as a lifestyle (not just a diet) is one of the easiest and fastest way to lose weight healthily and permanently. - 17268

Fat Loss Tips That Work

By Bangang Nkouppitt

When watching movies or looking through a magazine, you cant help but notice how perfect everyone looks. It is not shocking that so many people are taking extreme measures to lose weight. People are cutting out nutrition and replacing it with unhealthy habits just to shed a few pounds. Most people do not seem to understand the importance of healthy weight loss.

You want to lose weight so you decide to only eat one small meal a day. The rest of the day you will just chew gum, or drink coffee. This kind of crash diet is not only unhealthy, but it will not work. The weight that is lost will come back very quickly the moment that you begin eating normally again. A healthy balance of foods is the only way to have good weight loss results.

The whole goal of weight loss is to get rid of as many calories as possible in a day. Cut the bad foods out of your diet, including bread, snacks, cakes and a lot of red meat. Do not eat until you are full. Reduce the portions you eat at each meal

When you start eating healthy you will not notice immediate weight loss. You will start feeling better and having more energy. You will find yourself looking better and feeling more self assured. When trying to embrace a healthy weight loss plan, you may want to include exercise in it. Exercise is one of the most effective means of losing weight. You will have more energy and with more energy comes the ability to move around more. This is especially important for those who have a sedentary lifestyle.

When you are trying to lose weight the most vital thing to remember is your health. No amount of weight loss is worth putting yourself at risk. Putting yourself first will make you feel better about everything.

The fat will disappear and you will begin to lose weight faster and faster. The final tip is to be confident. If you stop losing weight for a period of time it doesnt mean that what you are doing isnt working. Stick with it and you will see results.

Dont eat too much meat: Although meat is full of protein, a diet that is primary meat is not healthy. Your diet should primarily rely on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains with meat intake kept to a minimum. When you do eat meat choose low fat meats like chicken or fish. Red meat is high in fat and should be limited.

In order to effectively lose weight, it is essential to boost your metabolism. This is why quick weight loss methods such as fasting or eating a very few calories do not work. When you fast or eat too few calories, your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down in the process. Yes, the scale may tell you that you are quickly losing weight. What it doesnt tell you is that most of the weight you are losing is water, and when you start eating normally again, the numbers on the scale will go right back up again, even faster than before. - 17268

The Latest Trends in Fitness

By Elle Jaye

Don't let your fitness routine become a snore. Getting in shape or keeping that youthful appearance shouldn't be a chore. It should be fun! If you are in a rut or just want something different to really challenge your body, consider some of the newest trends others are using to look their best.

Kettlebells: this is an interesting way to tone up, so ditch the dumbbells every once in awhile and learn to swing the bells. These are cast iron "bells" that are shaped more like large circles with flat bottoms and handles at the top. They come in different sizes so you should probably start with smaller ones that weight a little less before advancing on to the larger ones.

The circle shaped handle on top is easy to grip with both hands and then you can swing them in large motions in different directions. Instead of focusing on one body part at a time you can work your entire body in a short period of time and burn off tons of calories.

The bells are available all over the internet and are now popping up in sporting goods stores. There are even new DVDs on the market to provide at home instruction on the most effective moves.

Dancing has always been a favorite type of exercise since everyone can do it, but the sensual burlesque dance has now hit the market big time. Hip hop is starting to die down some as more women are seeking ways to get in touch with their body while working it out.

It seems women are now enjoying their bodies as exercise classes on the stripper pole have become extremely popular as well. With burlesque, you can even put on your heels or a feather boa and use them as fat burning props.

Have you ever thought of working out with your favorite reality TV stars? If so, then popular DVDs featuring some of DVDs hottest stars may catch your interest. The Biggest Loser has always had their share of the market of course, but even Lisa Rinna has entered the mix with her own spin off from her Dancing with the Stars appearance.

Another popular workout series is with Kim Kardashian. Not only do these workouts provide a little extra motivation by being lead by some of the hottest bodies in Hollywood, but they deliver great workouts as well. Most are not just fluff.

Finally, whether you enjoyed the hula hoop as child or not, you have to at least try working with the weighted hoop. It is an excellent core workout that can deliver that ripped mid-section everyone wants. It is essentially a hula hoop that comes in various weights that can be used to twirl around your waist in different combinations of moves.

You don't necessarily need a DVD or other guidance to play around with the hoop and burn off some calories, though you may want to seek some ideas of what to do with it through the internet, a DVD, or a class at a gym.

Make fitness enjoyable and you are more likely to stick with it for the rest of your life. Not only is doing the same thing all the time boring, but it makes your body a less efficient fat burner as well. So, shake things up and make sure to check out the latest trends at least a couple times a year! - 17268

Fibromyalgia Symptoms - Often Confused As Flu

By Pat Colapinto

Fibromyalgia afflicts approximately 5% of the population. The majority of these are women. Fibromyalgia is a syndrome. The most common Fibromyalgia symptoms and diagnostic tool are the widespread pain. The pain associated with fibromyalgia can range in intensity from mild to severe. The severe end of the spectrum can be debilitating and disabling. In its milder forms, fibromyalgia is similar to the flu. The muscles and other soft tissues of the body just ache constantly.

Although pain is the main symptom of fibromyalgia, it is by no means the only symptom. Fibromyalgia, like other chronic pain syndromes, has a variety of symptoms associated with it. The first of these is fatigue. People afflicted with fibromyalgia often feel tired all the time. Upon waking from a night's sleep, they do not feel rested. Sleep is the body's way of regenerating. However, if the sleep is disturbed too often and the body is never allowed to enter into the deep restorative stage, then fatigue is inevitable.

People with fibromyalgia also suffer from chronic headaches. These headaches come in two main forms, but a person with fibromyalgia can also suffer from a combination of the two. The first type, called tension headaches, is caused by the continuous contractions of the muscles in the neck, upper back, shoulders and jaw. These contractions cause the muscles to tense. The tension leads to pain beginning in the neck and spreading to the temples. The other type, migraines, is caused by the constriction of the blood vessels. Stress and anxiety causes the blood vessels to slow circulation to the brain. Then, suddenly, the vessels dilate again which causes the pain.

A less common, but extremely frightening symptom of fibromyalgia is called costochondritis. Costochondritis is the inflammation of the seven bits of cartilage between the sternum and the rib cage. This inflammation is often accompanied by sharp chest pains that mimic cardiac problems such as a heart attack or stroke. The pain can cause anxiety which contributes to the fear of a heart attack.

Constochondritis can last for months and chronic conditions are not unusual for fibromyalgia patients. - 17268

It seems that one of the most talked about things in the media is which foods are bad for you. If you notice, this changes regularly. One day it is bad to drink milk and then the next day you cant live without it. What they are really doing is promoting bad science and making it seem like these researchers have made a breakthrough in science. Josef Brandenburg, Washington DC weight loss specialist believes that these claims are false and that they should be reconsidered by the people that made them. People can get the wrong idea, that why these claims should not be publicized by news networks.

He points out to people that these claims are not supported by evident facts. No one has been able to supply any evidence that it is true. Josef explains that there is no chain reaction between the two. He also makes his point by noting that in the summer the number of murders that take place go up, but that does not have anything thing to do with the increase in the number of people that eat ice cream in the summer. One thing doesnt have anything to do with the other.

Josef states that to be able to prove that red meat could be one of the reasons that lead to an early demise, you have to evaluate the effects of red meat on an individual, for which it is necessary to step into an individuals life. Studies, in reality have proven the claims that red meat is bad as incorrect, as it has been observed that fatality rate elevated when people reduced the amount of cholesterol and the amount of saturated fats they consumed.

Heart Attack or Rotator Cuff Injury?

By Dr Jason Fowler

The great TV classic ER helps teach armchair physicians to become amateur diagnosticians. He's in shock! She's got kidney stones! Rule-out pheochromocytoma!

But sometimes a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

You've learned somewhere - on the network news, in the Science section of The New York Times, or in a CPR class at your job - that shoulder pain can mean you're having a heart attack. Now, seemingly out of the blue, your shoulder begins to ache and throb. Very concerned, you rush to the local emergency room.

The resident's first question is "where does it hurt"? You point to your right shoulder and blurt out, "Am I having a heart attack?" The resident smiles, gently reassuring. "A heart attack might give you pain in your left shoulder," she says. "Have you been to the gym lately? This might be a rotator cuff strain."

The resident knows that heart attack symptoms usually involve chest pain (in two-thirds of cases), and may include faintness, shortness of breath, sweating, and a feeling of impending doom. Chest pain may spread to the back, jaw, and arms. Left arm pain may radiate to the inside of the forearm and the ring and little fingers. So, shoulder pain by itself probably doesnt suggest a heart attack.

The resident orders an MRI which shows mild damage to the right rotator cuff. What's going on? What exactly is the rotator cuff?

The rotator cuff is a muscular sheath that surrounds the head of the arm bone (the humerus) and the entire shoulder joint (really, two joints - the acromioclavicular and glenohumeral joints). The four muscles that comprise the rotator cuff help raise the arm to the front and the side and help turn the shoulder inward or outward.

If you're a sports fan, you know that rotator cuff injuries affect baseball pitchers, tennis players, swimmers, and football players. Such injuries are due to repetitive motion, and may also result from falling on the shoulder or arm or lifting heavy weights.

Rotator cuff injuries may also be slowly developing and chronic, related to arthritic and degenerative changes in the rotator cuff tendon and the two shoulder joints. Low-grade pain may develop, and the pain may become aching, throbbing, and chronic. Raising the arm may cause pain, and there may be loss of mobility.2

In the above-40 population, lack of exercise and chronically poor posture may contribute to rotator cuff problems. Sitting at a desk all day, with the neck jutting forward and slumped shoulders, places long-term mechanical stress on the rotator cuff.

Chiropractic treatment may be very useful in helping to rehabilitate chronic rotator cuff injuries. A chiropractic physician is expert in evaluating postural problems and associated spinal conditions. By providing effective treatment, postural corrections, and rehabilitative exercise, chiropractors offer a comprehensive therapeutic program to reduce pain, improve shoulder mobility, and regain function.

How To Treat Cancer Using Cesium Chloride

By Richard Rosal

If you have not heard the term cesium chloride you may well wonder at its purpose. Formed from the combination of cesium carbonate and hydrochloric acid, this colorless solid is then purified via a recrystallization process which renders it ready for use as a good source of cesium ions.

Cesium is used in the high PH treatment of cancer and has proved successful in laboratory testing on mice to noticeably shrink cancerous tumors within as short a time as two weeks. Cesium chloride is easily absorbed by the cancerous cells, altering the PH balance within the cell to the 8+ range, where the life of the cell is significantly shortened and mitosis ceases. More exciting, all pains and symptoms associated with cancer were shown to cease within a 12 to 36 hour period after therapy was started.

An improved uptake of cesium chloride was noted when combined with such vitamins as A, C, Selenium and Zinc. However, patients who had received long term treatment with morphine for pain relief and chemotherapy were noted to take longer to recover from the side effects when starting the PH therapy.

The level of cesium chloride in the body becomes toxic at 135 grams. Ideally, the recommended dose is 6 grams a day to avoid any toxic effects. Cesium chloride is often mixed with rubidium, combining the rubidium ions with the cesium chloride ions to aid in upping the PH balance of the cells. The vitamins and mineral salts work together as strong electron donors and aid in the break down of the cancerous cells in the body.

Two side effects were most noted during the administration of the PH therapy, namely nausea and diarrhea. It was found that by adding sorbitol to the cesium chloride mixture prior to administering the treatment negated the effects of nausea. Administering vitamin C was noted to have a positive effect on the diarrhea symptoms. All patients who underwent the treatment showed dramatic shrinkage and even complete recovery from their cancer. - 17268

Do You Have High Blood Pressure?

By Dr Jason Fowler

We all know someone with high blood pressure (HBP), possibly a beloved family member or a lifelong friend. This common problem affects one in four American adults.1 An alarming 75% of patients with type 2 diabetes also have HBP.2

High blood pressure is particularly dangerous because, there are no symptoms until severe damage occurs. Heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, atherosclerosis, and eye disease are some of the serious problems that may result from untreated HBP.

Those with normal blood pressure is in the range of 120/80 ("120 over 80"). The first number represents the systolic pressure, the pressure at which your heart pumps blood into your arteries. The second number represents the diastolic pressure, the pressure in your arteries between heart beats (the resting pressure). The systolic pressure can increase, in the short term, in response to stress or physical activity. Systolic pressures over 140 and diastolic pressures over 90 suggest the possibility of HBP. Blood pressure readings should be repeated several times, over a period of several days, before a diagnosis of HBP is considered.

Medical treatment for HBP consists of blood pressure-lowering medications (antihypertensives). This group of drugs is typically effective in reducing pressure, but getting the dosages right may be tricky and there can be unwelcome side effects.

Lifestyle strategies and activities (complementary medicine, lifestyle medicine) offer significant, well-documented benefits in reducing blood pressure levels. Regular, frequent exercise is an important part of all lifestyle programs targeted toward lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart disease and stroke.3,4 Regular exercise makes your heart stronger, and a stronger heart pumps blood more easily and efficiently. Over time, regular exercise may reduce blood pressure levels by an average of 10mm.

Meditation is another key reducer of blood pressure levels.5 Much more than a New Age fad, meditation has consistently demonstrated benefits related to several health issues. And, meditation is easy to do. All you need is a comfortable chair or cushion that allows you to sit in a straight posture without any tension. There is no special breathing to do and you don't have to do any chanting.

To meditate, sit facing a blank wall (if possible) and let your hands relax in your lap. Tilt your head slightly downward, and let your eyes achieve a soft focus at that slightly downward angle. Breathe easily and gently. Breathe in and visualize energy going up your spine in the back. Breathe out and visualize the energy going down your spine in the front. Silently say "one". Continue up to "ten" cycles, and begin again at "one". That is it!

How long should you do this? This is completely up to you. Start with five minutes twice a day, and gradually build up to 20 minutes twice a day. You'll probably notice you're feeling much more at ease, more relaxed, with more energy during the day than before you started meditating. The benefits are powerful, and again, there is a profound effect on high blood pressure.

Your doctor of chiropractic can help participate in a complementary approach, assisting your body and your nervous system to function at peak performance.

The Health Boosting Properties of Wheat Grass

By James Campion

Wheat grass is a grass which belongs to the large family of grasses such as rye and barley which we are familiar with. Most of the juice that is made from wheat grass, however, comes from grass grown indoors on special trays. Much of the dehydrated grass that is about 60 days old is mainly used as nutritional supplements.

When combined with wheat berries, the fresh wheat grass can produce a highly nutritious drink rich in chlorophyll. This drink is believed to assist in the prevention of cancer but is known to neutralize many of the toxins in the body, cleanse the body and reduce the rate of aging. Many people are aware of the health benefits of the juices after watching those TV adverts for the Jack Lalanne juicer machine which extol the virtue of fresh juices.

A number of medical professionals have done studies to show that wheat grass can benefit a number of medical conditions. The herbal form is often used as a medicine and is believed to possess healing powers similar to those of the aloe vera plant. The theory can be better understood as most cats and dogs can be seen nibbling on the grass especially when they feel unwell or sick.

It is known to neutralize all the rotten food that forms toxins in our alimentary canal and the blood stream. Most of the toxins and additives produced in the diet can be neutralized and detoxified by the enzymes found in wheat grass.

The life blood of plants is chloropyll which makes the plants a green color. Most medical professionals believe that wheat grass should not be cooked as cooking could kill most of the chlorophyll and therefore destroy its beneficial effects. The most known fact is that most of the grass eating animals are generally spared from cancerous conditions as they eat chlorophyll in the fresh form. Chlorophyll cannot detoxify the body itself but has enzymes present in it that do have the power to detoxify.

Many people who have purchased a juicer by Jack Lalanne understand all too well the benefits of juicing. The nutritious properties of any fruit juice will be boosted by the addition of wheat grass. They can be a significant boost to health as they are full of essential vitamins and minerals.

The cleansing effect of fruit and vegetable juices on the body have been known for many years. Due to these cleansing properties many doctors advise drinking them when not feeling well. Weight for weight, wheat grass contains more protein than beans fish and eggs and more iron than spinach. This is a relatively little known fact.

A lot of people are discovering the health benefits and wheat grass could quite easily be considered one of the superfoods. Experience the wonders of this particular grass and try adding it to your daily diet today . - 17268

Are There Homeopathic Solutions for My Bruising Easily?

By Carolyn Cooper

If you are someone who suffers from bruising easily, you will no doubt discover that you have a vested interest in examining the homeopathic path to a cure. Homeopathy is basically a version of alternative medicine that concentrates on treating and curing disorders through employing highly diluted preparations that often mirror the problems that are showing. If you are dealing with easy bruising, you'll learn that there are a variety of different herbs that can be used to try to deal with your bruising. These preparations can shorten the amount of time that your bruises are visible, and they can even help you prevent bruising in the first place.

First let's talk about dosages. Typically, you can use the doses that you make for bruising anyway you please, but it is probably in your best interests to keep the potency of the dosage relatively mild. Take the time to learn as much as possible about homeopathic remedies if this is the first time that you have tried to use them, as this can make all the difference in the world to the results you obtain.

When you have to deal with easy bruising repeatedly, you will quickly learn that arnica is one of the herbs that you should look into. Arnica is known to give some people a much shorter recovery time frame when used as a cold compress applied directly to the bruised area. You may use it externally if the skin has not been broken, but you should never apply it to an open wound. Arnica has a long reputation as an excellent remedy for reducing the visible appearance of bruising.

Bellis is also an herb that is used homeopathically to reduce bruising , as are other herbs named hamamelis, ruta and ledum. These are possible treatments that you should examine if you are going to take up the practice of homeopathy, or if you are working with someone who is already an active practitioner. It is very important that you not rule out Homeopathy just because practicing homeopathy may be considered to be a little off the beaten path. Educate yourself so that you can really determine if these cures might be right for you. If you have ever worked with homeopathy before, did you see positive results?

Determining a viable solution for the bruises that you already suffered is sometimes very difficult. Everyone's particular problem with bruising is made unique by their own varied circumstances, so consider your own circumstances. What type of diet, your age, and your level of physical activity are all conditions that really affect how easily you bruise and how frequently. Homeopathy is a practice that might make a considerable change in your own unique situation, so consider your possible solutions, to determine whether you decide to use homeopathy, or vitamin supplements, or a even a combination of both. - 17268
